Pressure Regulator Kit - Press Manifold and Gauge

This Pressure regulator kit is an ideal accessory that allows the operator to adjust the pressure. A prefect fit to achieve an accurate application rate whether used in a spot spraying application through a spray gun, a boomless nozzle or a spray boom. It allows the excess flow produced by the pump to be returned to the tank for agitation.

Supplied with mounting brackets for both DDP-550 and DDP-555 To identify which bracket to use, the larger bracket (100mm Length) suits DDP-555 and the smaller bracket (85mm Length) suits the DDP-550. Using the correct size bracket will ensure the manifold is level.

Designed for direct connection into the deliver outlet of the pump. 1 x ½” BSP male outlet for connection to spray gun or hose reel. 1 x ½” BSP male outlet with On/Off tap ideal to connect to towbar boom

Pressure adjustment is achieved by adjusting the bypass tap

2 outlet manifold system with Quick fit 5D ½” BSP male outlets for simple connection

Bypass fitting needs to be fitted to a flat surface by drilling a 22mm hole in the top of the tank (300mm hose supplied)

When using the pressure regulator to manage pressure from the 12V Diaphragm pump with on-demand function from operating as liquid bypasses into the tank means the pump may run constantly until switched off
