Returns & Cancellations

Sometimes mistakes do happen. If this does occur we will fix it as quick as possible.

Any returns should be advised by using our contact form or Phone 02 9757 3337 within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Return of goods is payable by the sender. If we arrange collection, charges may be applicable. Any goods specifically ordered cannot be returned.

Receipt of faulty goods will be returned or replaced as per manufacturer’s standard warranty conditions.

All warranty returns will be assessed as to reason of fault. If evidence of fault is found to be of user’s negligence then warranty may be refused as per standard manufacturer’s warranty agreement.

Labour costs incurred for repairing or replacing faulty items is not covered under warranty.

Goods despatched via Freight contractors do not include insurance of damages whilst in transit unless otherwise stated. Insurance coverage of goods in transit can be requested in writing at time of placement of order. Additional charges will apply.
